Employment Training Programmes
All Clean Signet International Limited cleaning staff are trained in the relevant aspects of cleaning duties required of them. This comes in four stages:
- Induction Training: A full health and safety talk explaining the potential hazards of cleaning equipment and materials and how these hazards occur during everyday procedures. We demonstrate personal protective equipment (PPE), color-coded tools, and basic use and maintenance of electrical equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaners). Cleaners are trained to respond to abnormal situations within the work environment.
- On-Site Training: Conducted at each contract location under close supervision. Trainees are evaluated on their ability to follow company ethics and standards. Only those who meet our expectations are absorbed into the staff.
- Specific Site Training: Since each site is unique, our staff are trained on health, safety, and security procedures specific to each location.
- Ongoing Training: Staff regularly undergo refresher training to stay current with industry changes and cleaning protocols.
